This policy covers breezypointbeach.com. Each product we operate has its own policy on its own site.

Who we are
Breezy Point Beach, LLC operates this website and the products it describes. For this website, we are the data controller. For our products, the privacy policy published on that product's site governs, because each product collects different things for different reasons.
Short version: this site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and the only personal information it collects is what you type into the contact form.
What this website collects
Contact form
- Your name, email address, the subject you choose, and your message.
- Your IP address, which is passed to Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the submission is not automated, when that check is enabled.
The message is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, our email provider, and kept in that inbox so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Hosting and security logs
The site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard server logs, including IP addresses and request details, to run and protect the service. We do not add tracking of our own on top of that.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which sees your IP address as part of serving the files.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and to follow up on it.
- To keep the website and the contact form working and free of abuse.
- To meet legal obligations, if any apply.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf and only to provide their service.
- When the law requires it.
- With your consent.
Retention
Contact messages stay in our email for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them. To make a request, email us. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows.
Our products
- Balliqa (balliqa.com) collects an email address to send picks and results. Its policy is on balliqa.com.
- Safe Shuffle (safeshuffle.com) is an iPhone app and has its own policy on safeshuffle.com and in the App Store listing.
- greenscript is open-source software that runs on your own machine. We receive nothing from it.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
